Modified Hatha (Levels Intro-1) - Join us for this gentle class that eases you into yoga at your own pace.  We focus on individually adapting every pose to suit each participant's needs.  It is great for recovering from injury or surgery, for seniors, for those dealing with illness, or for anyone who wants a slower class with more attention. Compassion is our guiding principle as we try to open and engage range of motion, flexibility, and strength. We also work to develop inner peacefulness and acceptance of ourselves, as we are now -- already fully complete. Please contact Jenna (jenna@livingyogacenter.net) ahead of time if getting up and down to the floor is a serious challenge so that she may plan the class with appropriate alternatives and modifications.

Flow (Levels 1-3) - A stimulating and creative practice that focuses on integrating strength, flexibility, alignment, and awareness through a dynamic sequence of asanas linked by the breath.

Attendees should have a strong practice and feel comfortable with the foundational inversions and arm balances, such as shoulderstands & crow pose. Yoga Fusion (Levels 1-3) – Using specific yoga asanas, stability balls and Pilates techniques, this class focuses on strengthening the “core” muscles that help us to move more effectively and efficiently. Strong core muscles will help to improve balance and posture, relieve back strain, and energetically, assist in accessing your personal power center.
